my blood sugar has droped 3 points since last yr so iam happy about that might have to get my knee cleaned out was swolen today so they drew fluid off of it looked like 7up it feels better now but it wants to be a pain just thought id update Current Mood:  thankful |

a1c and thereapy
i had my a1c test done a few weeks agao they came back good a 5.6 witch iam proud of ive started therapy for my knee its doing alot better hopefuly i wont have to go on pills in a few months will have to wait and see Current Mood: happy |
